Economics for the Week Ahead – Not Much, But Still Enough
November 19, 2012 9:15 am
There are not many reports coming out this week, but there are a few that will be important to watch. With the latest initial claims coming in much higher than was anticipated by economists, the fact was that they obviously did not factor in Hurricane Sandy with their estimates. Or they did not do enough to come up with what was the probable number of people that would be unable to file claims the week before.
Some housing numbers start the week and there is still some optimism that we will continue to see the housing sector recovering. Otherwise, not much – and that is good.
