What Is Your Home Worth Since the Peak?

With all of the excitement about the better than expected numbers in manufacturing, there are still a few items that are not as good. As a prime example, the recent Case-Shiller continues to show declines in the price of an average home over the past year.

What will it take to get this to bottom already? The new mortgage forgiveness program (aka – vote buying) proposed by the White House?
