Yes, the cold weather is being blamed for everything and investors are happy to give a pass on the latest datapoint.

Just look at Fedex (FDX) today. It announced that their a trimming guidance by up to 40% (considering the old “top and new “bottom”). Yet the stock is up by 2%!!!!

    Netflix was No. 1 by a wide margin for time spent per viewer on its streaming site, which was up 23% from December to over 11 hours.
  • FedEx Cuts Q3 EPS View – Quick Facts – The company now expects adjusted earnings in the range of $0.70 to $0.90 per share for the third quarter ending February 28, compared to previous guidance range of $0.95 to $1.15 per share.
