- Android System Overtakes Symbian – NYTimes.com – BERLIN — Google’s operating system for cellphones has overtaken Nokia’s Symbian system as the market leader, ending the Finnish company’s long reign, a British research firm said Monday.
- Woods’s Dubai Golf Resort Halted as Market Struggles – Bloomberg – Work on a Tiger Woods branded golf resort in Dubai has been halted by developer Dubai Properties Group, which cited a struggling luxury property market.
- Florida Judge Rules Against Health Law – A Florida federal judge ruled that a key plank of the health overhaul passed last March violates the Constitution, dealing a second judicial blow to the Obama administration's signature legislative achievement.
