I am very much looking forward to some kind of recovery. But speaking to other architects, engineers and builders nobody expects to be back at work for at least another 6-12months.

Great list.

As a structural engineer that lost my job a year ago (in the UK) I am very much looking forward to some kind of recovery. But speaking to other architects, engineers and builders nobody expects to be back at work for at least another 6-12months. Nothing is happening.

Whatever happened to all those "shovel-ready" infrastructure projects? High speed rail, or all those highway bridges that need maintenance? Not to mention all those jobs "saved or created" ..!
