This has got to put you to sleep. Even with the fine and classy French accent, this is drier than a Bernanke briefing. Can’t we get a Fed official with some pizazz?

Maybe I am being too harsh, you be the judge (and then tell me what he said as I could not keep my eyes open for the whole length.)
