		<description>I can&#039;t see the Fed raising short term rates in the near future.  Mostly likely a smart move (if we want further &quot;recovery&quot;).  They have also been flooding the market with easy money for some time now.   Wasn&#039;t this what Greenspan was criticized for as we moved into the housing and mortgage crisis.   
 
I don&#039;t believe we will ever truly learn from our own financial engineering.  The market rallies, the banks make money on the curve and Mark to fantasy accounting.    I believe we will get what we deserve (good or bad). </description>
