  • Second Stimulus Package Recommended – Laura Tyson an adviser to President Obama stated that the first stimulus package was too small and recommended drafting a second stimulus plan.
  • Crude Oil Declines to 6 Week Low – Crude oil futures fell approximately 4% after comments from VP Joe Biden regarding doubts on the economic recovery.

    Do you think it is odd that the CFTC is finally thinking about limiting oil speculators that oil dropped from $74-63 over the last couple weeks?

    Perhaps oil is dropping on the news that the CFTC is up to something…? Possible?
