		<description>I am amazed supporters/lobbyists of the Credit card industry can say with a straight face that these laws are bad for the American people.  Their arguements consist of scare tactics to the wealthy, and the &quot;right to credit&quot; for those who cannot afford it.  It is a simply disgusting use of free speech. </description>
