Video: Don’t trust anyone…

The Wall Street Journal journalists spent some time discussing how the old guard of Wall Street cannot be trusted as “Prophets” for Profits”

I am not sure I like some of the basic and general commentary that is somewhat wishy-washy and lacks detail. But interesting to watch. Thoughts?

    Anybody who invested through the tech bubble should have learned this already. BUT, it’s hard to maintain the discipline of protecting yourself and questioning your own choices and strategies.

    What I don’t like about the piece is how they question the investor’s own decisions… it’s not “can you trust your own decisions” – well if you make them blindly and don’t protect yourself, then of course not! Blindly following anyone’s advice is insane… even yours Andrew. The only way to survive is to look critically on everyone’s decisions/advice, especially your own, and try to make the best choice. You’ll be wrong lots of times, but if you look at things critically it will motivate you to always protect yourself.

    I’m having the same problem, no vid, have closed/re-opened my browser (Firefox) to no avail. Where is the original video stored? Perhaps those who are having trouble can go there. Thanks.

    By chance is this a .MOV file which requires Apple Quicktime? Using FFox on XP Pro SP3 and get no video here either.
