- Ge Profits down, who cares! – The Bailout is all that they want.. Bail us out and we will move up stocks say traders!!!
- GE slashes earnings, to halt buyback to keep Triple-A rating – Now we know why GE is on the "protect me do not short me" list

One thing I still don’t get about this $700,000,000 “bailout”. Assuming this works, big assumption, and markets return to “normal”, what prevents Goldman et al from continuing the same old derivatives game and returning us here in a few years? I don’t get it.
PS. Thanks for the podcast. Your investment style is different from mine, but that’s good. I’m learning.
