What is the impact of the targeted ban on short sales on the Ultrashort ETFs? I currently have small positions in SKF, DUG and SDS in an IRA portfolio. Up until now, this was a convenient way to hedge an IRA account because my IRA custodian does not allow me to short directly. Could the ban possibly cause the SKF to trade at a premium (or just the opposite)?

Thanks for some great podcasts over the past few months.

Cash is a position. I am taking my ball and going home. I don't like playing the game when I don't know the rules.
