What is with the Media Arrogance?

Check out this video from the morning of Tuesday, September 8th.

First, what is with the “International Superstar” in reference to Erin Burnett? Look at her information in the lower part o the screen at 0:12 or so. Since when is the definition of a superstar include business reporting and cheerleader?

Then, at 0:53 seconds, Erin explains why the markets will be up. Nice going! Rock on soooooperstar!

What is the going on and when was it exactly that the reporters started to become the experts?

Are they doing us any service or just blowing hot air? Your thoughts are appreciated….
