		<description>I&#039;ve looked and I haven&#039;t been able to find out if a Bank is obligated to pay what it owes to a company like MA if it goes under.  It seems that with an increase in banks being taken over this would be another net loss for MA.  Anyone out there know, what happens to 3rd party companies like MA when the feds come in?</description>
